Detached two storey dwelling with rooms in the roof space in Enfield London

We have been appointed to provide a Tender Price for the proposed works for a project located in Enfield, north London.

Enfield is a large town centred 16km northeast of Charing Cross.

The existing house was constructed circa 1900’s and is of brick, concrete & wood construction.

The proposed works entail the demolition of the existing two storey dwelling located on the site and the construction of a new detached two storey dwelling with rooms in the roof space, including external works and finishes.

The contract will be the JCT Intermediate Form of Contract 2016 with Contractors design.

Project GIA is circa 8,000 sqft
