New two storey dwelling in Elstree Borehamwood

We have been appointed to provide a Tender Price for the proposed works for a project located in Elstree, Hertfordshire.
Elstree is a town in the precinct of Hertsmere, Hertfordshire, England. It is found roughly 24 km northwest of focal London. In 2011, its populace was 5,110. It is essential for the society wards of Elstree and Borehamwood, initially alluded to as Elstree.
Elstree is presumably most popular for the various Elstree film studios, where numerous motion pictures have been created, including the BBC Elstree centre, where the TV drama EastEnders was shot. This creation community is in reality in Borehamwood.
Along with Borehamwood, this town has twin siblings with Offenburg in Germany, Fontenay Rose Garden in France and Huainan in China.
Elstree and Borehamwood train station is situated on the Thames line between London St Pancras and Bedford.
The proposed works comprise the demolition of an existing dwelling and the construction of a new five bedroom detached property with habitable loft space, with implementation of external landscaping works.
This contract will be administered under the terms of the JCT Form of Contract.
