Warehouse conversion works to accommodate an Art Studio in London

We have been appointed to provide a Tender Price for the proposed works for a project located in In the district of Camberwell Green, London.

Camberwell is a region of South London, England, in the London Borough of Southwark, 4.3 km Southeast of Charing Cross.

The region has generally been home to numerous industrial facilities, albeit neither of these organizations is presently situated nearby.

Camberwell is served by various London Bus courses.

The rectangular site is situated on the west side of Grace’s Mews within the London Borough of Southwark. Camberwell Grove Conservation Area lies to the west of the site. The site topography is flat.

Proposal of works: The project involves the redevelopment of the site to provide an art studio and associated facilities. The proposed scheme involves the excavation and construction of a new single storey basement beneath the three quarters of the existing site footprint. The ground floor will also be redeveloped with a part first floor single storey extension towards the front elevation.
