Residential property in conservation area

We have been appointed to provide a Tender Price for the proposed works for a project located in Tewin, Hertfordshire.

Tewin is an English village and folk parish in Hertfordshire, England. It is located between Welwyn Garden City, Stevenage, Welwyn (town) and the county town of Hertford and is very close to London commuting distance.

The proposed development consists of demolition of existing house and garage and the construction of new two-storey detached dwelling, with a detached pool house, garage and bat roost. Works to include landscape works and pool works.

This project will be carried out under the JCT Intermediate Works Building Contract with Contractors Design 2016 (ICD 2016).

The overall GIA of the project is circa 8,000 sqft
