We are delighted to announce that we have been appointed to provide a full Project Management package for a project located in Valencia.
Our services will start from the very early stages up to project completion.
The Pre-construction phase involves implementation of the plans developed during the strategy stage to ensure all aspects necessary for the commencement of works on site have been resolved. These involve execution of the design process, obtaining of all required statutory and legal consents and the selection and appointment of the contractor(s).
During the Construction stage our role focuses on monitoring the progress of the works, reporting to the client, protecting the client in regard to timescale, cost and quality, and ensuring full compliance with statutory, legal and contractual requirements.
During Testing and Commissioning phase (part of the construction stage) we will confirm that the building services systems have been installed in compliance with the design, have been fully tested and have been proven to be fully functional.
The Completion, Handover & Operational phase will consist of the formal transfer of the completed facilities from the project team to the client, this may be a single event or phased over a period of time. It involves ensuring the client has the knowledge and capability to operate the new facilities.
Last but not least, is the Post-completion review and in use phase. This final stage in the development process, consists of the administrative and financial closure of the project.
